Smells So Good

Paul accidentally left his shoes out today, yeah!!!! I love his shoes I put my face inside and smell, smell, smell. I always get in trouble because I like to eat shoe laces. The laces don't always pass well through my system!!!

Sam

Will Sam ever learn? He is always putting his face in Paul's, or Jill's shoes!!! If he was smart like me, he would wait until they put their shoes in the closet, than sneak into the closet. That is what I do and nobody ever yells at me. I am so clever.

Paul's Home

I love it when Paul comes home. He turns on the T.V. (LOVE THE T.V. NOISE) and he reads the paper. I like to get into his lap and sit on the paper. It's nice and crinkly it makes a fun noise. Paul at first seems put out, but than scratches my chin, ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh heaven.

Sam

Noise argh, I am going to our art den, where there is no noise. I can concentrate there, maybe think of something for the animal trivia.

Friend or Foe

Yesterday there was a Lynx in our backyard. He came over to the sliding glass door and stared at Maggie and me. I didn't move I just looked back at him. The scary thought, that I looked like a gigantic oreo cookie to him kept going through my mind.

Sam

Wow, pretty kitty, nice ears. Looks friendly but I couldn't move. Sam and I didn't flinch at all. After what seemed like several hours (2 minutes) the Lynx walked away and left our yard.

All About Me

My photo
Jill illustrates greeting cards and works at an Animal Medical Hospital in Arizona. Her love for animals can be seen in every drawing she has ever done. It wasn’t until Jill and her husband Paul adopted Maggie & Sam (2 crazy cats) from the Humane Society that Jill created the Maggie & Sam Collection. All of Maggie and Sam’s personalities as well as their friends have been captured in Jill’s work. In every illustration you will see humor, and love through her characters’ eyes. Jill has been selling her cards in local Arizona Stores. However, being passionate Jill wanted to create a website that would bring people together to talk about their pets, share their stories and to interact with other pet lovers. They will be able to learn new and interesting facts about the various animals pictured on the greeting cards, read their pet’s horoscope, and send personal messages to their friends and families at any time via e-mail.
